* Three days booking are accepted only from twenty one days before the desidered date in high season and fourteen days before the desidered date in very high season. In the “Specific availabilities” section, you can find some short breaks you can book sometime before.

Rates are inclusive of parking, air conditioning/heating, electricity, water and gas fees, taxes and service.

Rates do not include the deposit of Euro 150,00 (to be paid in cash upon arrival – it will be returned if no damage will be reported), the final cleaning and, for the weekly stays (or anyway longer than four days), the cleaning with linens and towels’ change.

The final cleaning costs Euro 50,00.
The mid-week cleaning of the apartment with the linens and towels’ change costs Euro 25,00

Pets are not welcome.

Cancellation Policy
From To Cancellation Fee:
- 29 days before Check In -15 days before Check In 30% of the total amount of the booking;
- 14 days before Check In -7 days before Check In 50% of the total amount of the booking;
- 06 days before Check In -No Show-100% of the total amount of the booking.

In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.

We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payment
To confirm a reservation, a bank wire transfer of 30% of the total amount will be necessary together with a credit card number.

The balance will be requested upon the check-in in cash.
